I'm loving the stormy spring we've had so far. We got at least two inches of rain and then 11 inches of snow. (Sadly, the snow was not a good thing for our three flowering plums.)

Wednesday night and into yesterday morning (before the layers of snow slipped away off of branches, swing sets and fences) it was so lovely outside! I heard a lot of people cursing the snow, but here's the great thing about April (snow) showers: The sun always comes out so soon afterward. It's going to be completely clear by tomorrow and 70 by Sunday. When the snow melts away it won't be to grey lifeless grass, but to lush green lawn.

I love spring in Utah!
