for the rest of the week (and in no particular order)
snow
more snow
music
antibiotics
play
having the TV more off than on
...the kids more home than not
...more playing than fighting
(if you know what a rarity the above is around my house you might understand the depth of my gratitude)
having (some) cheerful help with the decorating, decorating cookies, cleaning up wrapping up
home
family
ambience
the baby Jesus Melody made for me
scent of Christmas
lights
flannel
warmth
the promise of deep bubble baths in the days to come
God
hugs
cold water
slippers
love
L~ deliberately slowing down her prayer so it's not pronounced as one superspeedybiglongword
Luke reading Luke 2
being humbled by a new calling (not it's not a big calling, just a hard one--for me--and no, so I didn't really enjoy that part, but I'm thankful nonetheless)
soothing lotion
cute neighbor kids
lavender
tall lanky teenagers
friends
seeing some of my kids really think about what their sibling might like to receive
generosity
having my great grandma's recipe for steamed pudding
did I mention music?
watching my kids pool their hard-earned cash for a friend in need
getting paid for not being at work this week
cream
not getting more stuff for Christmas
being able to take a big load of stuff to DI
contentment

Beautiful list. Hope you are off to somewhere good. Happy Holidays!
What's your new calling?
Merry Christmas to you too! Hope you have a Wonderful New Years! Love your list... I could take a big load to DI. It's just not as easy as it was living in Provo, just having to drive off the hill. Love the Christmas music.. we have been booming it loud and stong too! Say hello to your Husband. Heath could use a good game of B-ball. Those were the days when we had ward ball and Shane would launch up those 3 pointers. We miss good old Provo, Grandview Hill and all of you! Hope you are Happy and Healthy. (I got a email from Becky telling me some Neighbor news.. WOW!)
am'n2deep--thank you. It was. Hope your holidays were happy, too!
geo--I cannot tell. But read my post at Segullah on the second Wednesday of January (is that the 9th?) and you'll find out.
What??? Becky e-mailed you? She keeps telling me she doesn't know how! (hahahahaha) Pretty crazy stuff, no? Now aren't you sad you moved?
